I am trying to create a request form with one of the questions being something along the lines off "what service do you need" answers being a list of the services we offer, i need the user to be able to select more than one option but i cannot find the option anywhere and if "list collector" is the option if you could please help and explain?

Hi Rebecca,
A List Collector variable type is the one you want to use if you want more than one choice/record to be selected. You'll need to specify the List table on the Type Specifications tab - so cmdb_ci_service, or whatever table holds the services that you want to be selectable. You can filter the list of records using a Reference qualifier, so that the users don't see EVERY service record, if that's something you want to do. Hi thank you so much for this! the part im getting stuck on is creating the list, i dont have the maintain items option under service catalog? i can find the list table in lists but when ive entered all my options it doesnt show when i unlock the options or click the search glass?
