Service catalogs are not visible on the csm portal.

Hi,

 

Service catalogs are not visible on the CSM Portal. I have removed the snc_external role. Although catalog item is not visible. Only Record producers are visible.

Please help in this.

  5. Save the changes to the catalog item.

Hi Riya,

admin can see that catalog item.

 

I checked. Some roles I need to add I guess. My form name is Enhancement Request.  Roles field is not visible in the form. I tried to add it from the form layout. Role field is there but it is not visible in the for.

How can I add roles to the Roles field?
