Service Portal text box text disappears

I am facing an issue in Service Portal where the text entered in a widget textbox disappears within a few seconds. This happens only in one instance, but in another instance the same widget works correctly. The widget code (client, server, HTML) is identical in both instances.

can you provide more details? Also, does it happen for all users or just some? Have you tried different browser?

Another thing what you can check is (catalog) UI policy, and client scripts, perhaps there's something that erase a field. It isn't possible to tell without the visibility.

also when you say another instance, are we talking about DEV-TEST, TEST-PROD, or what is the difference?

Last idea - what abotu the roles - are you testing with the same rights in both ends?

1. In this screenshort, the compound tracking and no ct check box also disappears, i tried in different browser also, 
2. in this widgets, there is no ui policies is running, i checked in widgets and script includes, all the codes are same
3. we have three instance developement, testing and production instance, in dev and test instance, the text doesnot disappears, but in production instance only the text get disappears.
4. For all users iam facing same issue in production
5. I compared all the codes in all instance, there is no difference in code.
6. recently dev and test instance was cloned with prod.
