Service Portal text box text disappears

I am facing an issue in Service Portal where the text entered in a widget textbox disappears within a few seconds. This happens only in one instance, but in another instance the same widget works correctly. The widget code (client, server, HTML) is identical in both instances.

It is custom, in production instance, the text gets disappears, but in dev and testing instance not facing the issue. i compared all the code, all the code are same only, recently the dev is cloned with prod instance

not very sure, you will have to debug
Also check any angular directive is being used as dependency has same code across all 3 instances.
