ServiceNow CSM portal announcements

Hi team,

 

We have multiple customers (like A, B, c,  etc..). 

 

The maintenance change request has been opened for customer A, In the portal needs to display the message with change request details (such as change number, and description), and that message visible only to users under customer A.

 

Please provide the solution.

Hi!

 

As OOTB an announcement visibility is only manageable by role, maybe Targeted Communications could be an alternative:

It's not as flashy as an announcement banner, but same the Announcement widget, you could add the Publication List widget on your portal and publish to a more targeted audience with Recipient List.
