There was a question on my CSM exam which was something like this -
What does it mean if you do not see the selector after creating case task. Not sure if I remember it right but what I understand is that selector is populated based on the case types defined under the service definitions related list.
Any pointers?

HI, @Saquib Mohammed ,
I found the following description related your question.
I assume that your exam question means 'Selector' would not be populated if the Service Definition has not yet been configured.
- In you are not presented with the "selector", no Service-to-Service relationship has been defined.
- Task selector pops up only if a Task Service Definition Exist!
- Agents create Cases and Case Tasks. Upon new Case Task creation, the Case Task drop-down (Selector) is populated with a list of valid tasks for the current Case type.
Thanks.
