Hi,
When I click on No for Helpful in a KBA, I receive an error "The page you are looking for could not be found." and it is listing kb-feedback-task-modal in the search field.
I have looked at the Knowledge Article Content widget, and the related link Angular nt_templates, and it's listed, and I have also compared configuration to another instance and it appears to be the same.
Does anyone know why it can't bring up the feedback template with the choices?
Thanks,
Jim.

Update; We never found a solution to this issue. We have cloned our Production instance to our sub instance where this issue was being experienced and it has been resolved.

Hi
Could you please check widget used to load knowledge article content OOB widget name (Knowledge article content) look for launchFeedbackTaskModal and check the name in templateUrl.
Verify that template with same name should be present in the Angular-ng templates related lists.
Please mark the answer as correct and helpful if this helped in resolving your query.
Thanks & regards
