Hello Everyone,

I'm new to both the community space and my role as a Knowledge Base Administrator, and I’m reaching out with a few questions as I get started.

I have a set of documented knowledge base articles that I’d like to migrate into our current database in a more condensed and organized format.

What’s the best approach for transferring and streamlining this content effectively?

Additionally, I’m curious about the user interface of the knowledge base. Is there a way to customize or adjust its appearance to better suit our team’s needs?

Any tips, suggestions, or best practices you can share would be greatly appreciated!
