The sales rep you are assigned seems to have quite a bit of flexibility in pricing and the ability to ask for further discounts from list price. I liken the process to buying a car - your sales rep will put forward a proposal to their manager for your desired licensing price and you will hear back from them.
I would start a conversation with your sales rep - there is (in my experience and talking to others) flexibility in the list price. You will not know what you pay until you talk to them, especially with all the different licensing schemes out there.
I know it's not the answer you want to hear - but you really need to reach out because it's my experience they try their best to get something that works for you.
