Show announcement in Agent Workspace

Hello Experts,

I have a requirement to show the announcement on the Agent Workspace landing page. I am new to agent workspace and confused on from where to start.

What I tried-

I have created the record in Now Experience Framework --> UX Banner Announcement module and Now Experience Framework --> UX Banner Announcement Configuration.

How can I link this announcement to my Agent Workspace landing page.

If anybody implemented the similar thing OR have knowledge on the same.

Appreciate you help.

Note:- We are on San Diego release.

Hi @Ajim Shekh ,

 To create content:

• 'Banner' content types can be placed into Announcements
• 'URL' content types can be placed into Quick Links
• 'Image-based Link' content types can be placed into My Frequently Used Apps 

To display the content,

• You need to retrieve the respective Content ID via the UI Builder (see screenshot below)
• When scheduling the content, select 'Workspace' as the Content location, and specify the content ID in the Content Identifier field.

I don't see the configuration panel to link the announcement. 

Is it available in CSM workspace ?

Hi @Ajim Shekh ,

You can click on the profile picture once you are in the Workspace >from the dropdown check and click on "Configure Workspace"> Then on the top right corner you will see :Open in UI Builder" , click that button.
