Are there any available tool to set up SLAs on Now Support?
I am a service provider on a ServiceNow customer's instance and I would like to set up SLAs to track my response time to updates made by Now Support agents on Now Support cases.

No, there isn't. The records are on NowSupport and not in your instance. It should be made possible to do this, but ServiceNow has canceled that idea several times already.
