There is an issue with pop-ups and the workspaces, the workaround is to check the property for "Display special handling notes only once per session" on SHN Properties. This should pop-up on the workspaces. The caveat is, do not Dismiss, if you want to it to keep popping up in the session. Click the cross to close the pop-up. Dismissing will trigger the session, assume its a cookie, for repeat pop-ups.
