Hi All, in the standard ticket page snc_External users are unable to see the Show More/Show less toggle which we configure from the Standard Ticket Configuration. is there a way to fix this issue?

Hello @SNEnthu ,
Can you change for role "snc_external" have access to field to read. Please check ACL configuration.

Hi,
We are facing the same issue did you found any soultion? Contacts with Snc_external, sn_customerservice.customer role are not able access the "Show More" drop down aroww in the CSM_PORTAL. Please let us know if you found anything.
