While trying to create a case or interaction in csm configurable workspace, by clicking the New record menu item(+), submit button is missing in both the form. How to add the submit button to both the forms?

Hello @Rudranarayan P2

You should have oob Save button visible on top-left corner of the record as shown below:

But, if you need to create a new Submit button for CSM Configurable Workspace then you can do so by first create a Form UI Action for Submit and then navigating to Now Experience Framework -> Action & Events -> UX Form Actions  and creating a new action for Case table and with application set to CSM Configurable Workspace, and the newly created UI Action selected in the UI Action field.

HI Shubham,

Thanks for your reply.

I was doing the same thing what you have mentioned but chose the wrong "submit" button as there are multiple submit buttons available.

Now it's visible on the case form as a button.

Thanks a lot
