Survey Due Date

dear Expert,

I'm creating a survey that I want exceute it once(sheduled periode).the duration of the survey is 14 days.

the problem is that users can take the survey even the due date is exided.

how can I solve this.

my problem is that the survey is not triggered and the configuration of due date is ok .

I send it manually one time and users that received the email can answer even after 14 days.

I will check with cancelation script.
