Task Intelligence Sentiment Analysis stuck on 97% when training model

Hi,

 

We want to set up sentiment analysis for CSM. However when we try to train the task intelligence model it just gets stuck on 97% ?

 

Its happened on our temporary instance and the training has ran for a number of days, we have also tried training on our development instance and the same happens, it gets stuck at 97%.

Does anybody know why this is or how we can get the training to complete so we can deploy the model?

Hi, i don't recall exactly but i believe there was a system property related to sentiment analysis, that needed to be set to true

Hi, are you still having this issue? If so, I recommend repairing the plugin.Please note that sentiment analysis doesn’t train the model, as it is already pre-trained.  In this step, Task Intelligence is just testing the model with your data to provide you a sample of the expected results.

All the necessary properties and flows are activated at the time of deployment, so you won’t need to do this manually.

The plugins are as same as our pre-production instance,

But the Case sentiment model is stuck at the training screen in our lower instances (development and test instances). 

I am able to successfully deploy the model in our pre-production instance.

 

Also, when does the Sentiment related fields get added to the case table, is it after deploying the model or after installing the plugin?
