Hi all,
I’m currently facing an issue while trying to access my ServiceNow developer instance.
Whenever I go to the URL:
🔗 https://dev187891.service-now.com/login.do
I get the following error in my browser:
Your connection is not private
NET::ERR_CERT_DATE_INVALID
This is preventing me from logging in.
I have already tried the following:
Cleared browser cache.
Tried accessing in Incognito mode.
Switched browsers (Chrome, Firefox).
Checked my system’s date & time – everything is correct.
Can someone please help me understand why this is happening and how I can resolve it?
Is my developer instance expired or is there a temporary certificate issue?
Thanks in advance!

Hi @RohitPapann ,
It is happening as ServiceNow SSL certificate is expired so it is navigating you to http:// rather than https://. Many other people are affected by this and hope it will be fixed soon by ServiceNow.
Work Around: - Open developer.servicenow.com in incognito mode and sign in and launch PDI. It will display error, but it will also display Advanced option towards footer. Click on it and on next screen click on "Procced <PDI URL> unsafe" link and you will be able to access your PDI.

Your browser error NET::ERR_CERT_DATE_INVALID indicates that the SSL certificate for the ServiceNow developer portal (developer.servicenow.com) expired, preventing secure access until ServiceNow renews it; others have reported the same issue in community threads and the fix is currently on ServiceNow’s side, though as a temporary workaround you can choose Advanced → Proceed (unsafe) in your browser at your own risk..
