Guidence to create workflow/flow designer Machanism

Hello all,

Good day.

I would like to create a mechanism/ workflow in which a agent can approve that if received email is spam email and we from the backend when get the approval from agent for spam mail will block it and delete it.

Please provide your insights /ideas how we can achieve this ?

First and foremost, don't use workflow editor.  Its reaching close to end of support.
Flow Designer is the intended mechanism for all future flow work.

First question on the path of solving this problem:   How would the user SEE the offending email?
Is it an email that has already been processed into a Task in ServiceNow somehow?
