Navigate to Now Experience Framework > Configuration Settings > UX Header Configurations
Open CSM/FSM Configurable Workspace Header Config record
open "sn_customerservice_case" from the UX Form Headers related list record.
Make sure all the highlighted fields and filled and are active:
