Update Data Source

How do I update an existing Data Source There seems to be no option.

You have to change the report source record of this report.
You can find the report source in below link
https://dev156891.service-now.com/sys_report_source_list.do (Change dev156891 with your instance name)

I am trying to reach to that page, however it kept thinking and then Time out. 

Is there something that I am missing.

You should have atleast report_admin role for the same.
