Hii,
I have a requirement to create choices for issue subtype, category and subcategory based on selection of a particular Assignment group on the case form . when I make choices for all three its application scope was customer service. I have made the update set in same "customer service" application scope but it did not capture anything. why this happens please help me out with this.
