User account repeatedly locked out - every day

Has anyone come across a user that is locked out of there account everyday? This is affecting the Production instance and they have the ITIL role.

Hello,
We had this issue during the early phase of our implementation (Istanbul).
The issue (for us) was that the counter for logging attempts wasn't reset to zero after a successful logging. We were authenticating by LDAP.

Greetings mrbenwhite,
I have seen this, when the user has setup some automation, but that is using an old password. Ask them if they have a mobile app, or are doing any automated connections to your instance. You can also look for their failed login attempts - and see the source.
