How to unlock locked out users

Hi,
I get the below error in an incoming email log:
Skipping script {script}, User {user name} with email {user email address} is locked out
The user is active in sys_user table. The email has arrived in to mail server but the ServiceNow sys_email table shows the type as "received-ignored" of the email record.
Please let me know how I can unlock the user account?

Hi,
There is a property on the user, which tells if it's locked out or not, open the user record an uncheck the "locked out" field.
See attached image.
