User cannot see cases from another accounts

Hi,
We have a user that needs to see other cases from other accounts, we create the relationship in the Account relationships tab but the user still cannot see the other cases.

Hi, 
So it was updating the property:
sn_customerservice.contact_relationship.restrict_within_account_hierarchy 
To false, so in the contact relationship you can select any contact or user.
