Is it possible to script user criteria to achieve the following?
We have a 'Knowledge Featured Articles' widget on our customer CSM portal. We want this widget to be displayed only for customers whose accounts meet specific criteria.
Each account has a field called kb_access with dropdown values 'yes' or 'no'. We want the widget to be visible only to contacts associated with accounts where kb_access is set to 'yes'.
If so, could you please help with how this script might look?
