User with "snc_external" role cannot access "csm_cases" page in CSM Portal site.

I created a user with "snc_external" role, but it cannot access "csm_cases" page and "csm_get_help" page which can be accessed via CSM header below.
However, when I accessed those pages with that user, the contents are blank and cannot see any contents.
*Admin user can see them with no problem.
I thought users with "snc_external" role are allowed to at least read CSM related contents.
Could someone give me some advice so that I can make the user able to access them?
Also, the following is the assigned roles of the user. Could someone take a look and check if there is any role causing the issue?

hi please assign *sn_customerservice.custome" role for the user.

Thank you for your reply, but I had already added the role you suggested. (*Please see the image of role list I added to my question)
However, the user cannot see the contents of "csm_cases" page...
Do you have any other possible solution to it?

can you remove the snc_internal and try ?

Hi,
Can you please elaborate the use case in which so many internal roles are assigned to an external user? Ideally only sn_customerservice.customer and snc_external is required for external users to be able to create and view their own cases. Also can you please confirm if the user has any cases created for him?
