Few couple of scenarios i want to achieve in VA using topic.
1. I want to show different bot for esc and /csm or /csp portal , how can we achieve ? Because it is showing me same bot for 3 different portals.
2.I want to show Knowledge article link , how can we do ?
3. want to submit catalog item through VA chatbot, here how can we enter MRVS variable through chat interface ?
is it technically possible , if yes how ? is there any other alternative approach to achieve ?
Please assist.
