Subject: Declarative Action button not triggering modal popup in CSM Workspace

Hi Community,
I’m working in CSM Configurable Workspace and facing an issue where a Declarative Action button is not triggering a modal popup as expected.
Here’s what I’ve configured:
• Created a modal (Custom 1) under Overlays → Modals in UI Builder.
• Linked the modal to the correct trigger button using the “Triggered by” field.
• Created a Declarative Action that should trigger the modal on button click.
• Mapped the Declarative Action using UX Add-on Event Mapping:
• Provided the correct macroponent name
• Set the source element ID
• Mapped the target event name
Problem: When the button is clicked, the modal popup doesn’t appear.
It seems the Declarative Action is not triggering the event that opens the modal.
Has anyone else faced this issue or know what configuration might be missing?
