Virtual Agent on CSM portal showing create an incident topic

Hi All,

 

I'm facing issue to deactivate "Create an Incident" option from CSM portal, when I search anything and it doesn't work it shows user to Create an Incident. I need to deactivate from CSM portal only

seems it's customized, did you check the topic which is responsible to render the 3 choices?

@Ankur Bawiskar I didn't any configuration regarding that particular topic, can you help me with that please

you should find the topic or topic block which renders the content when user enters no or is not satisfied with the resolution
