Visibility of the reports in csm portal

Hey guys, maybe you can help!
My task is to make some reports visible in the portal for customers (external). I created 4 reports (in global)
For me (admin) and for everyone with internal role is working, they can see the reports but for customers the reports are not visible
find_real_file.png
the reports are published, shared with everyone
created acl for visibility on report table
the pages is active and has the roles I need
one more thing --> the externals can see every report if they access the link separately, but not in this page

Do you know what`s the problem and how to fix it?
Thank you!

There is a good article regarding public pages in Service Portals. Maybe it can help: https://community.servicenow.com/community?id=community_blog&sys_id=ba528ba5dbd344106064eeb5ca9619bf

Thanks for helping!

I managed to solve the issue using this link

Having added those ACLs, I've found that it also then grant access to drill into the data, and navigate to the full UI, rather than remain in the CSM portal.

I wonder if anyone else experienced the same issue and found a way around it?
