Hello,
I wanted to add a custom field in the Activity log on incident table. But I am not able to find the Configure available fields button in the filter navigator list button.
Is there any other way to add that custom field in the activity log list?

Go to system property 'glide.ui.incident_activity.fields' and see if you can configure it from there. If that's not writable, you have no rights to change it.

Was the activity formatter created in the scopped application? i.e if you check the activity formatter created, under System UI>Formatters is the Application field showing Global or any other application?

Hello Peter,
I have added the custom field in the activity log, but it is not showing me the old value in Activity log when I am changing the field value. Please check the snip below
- It's not showing the was value. May I know if anything else needs to be adjusted in the system property?
