I would like to check if WeChat and ServiceNow can be integrated so that customers can use WeChat to raise CSM Cases?
Also, is it possible to have a group chat in WeChat later converted to a Case in CSM.
Any reference materials or findings can help us.
We are in the assessment stage to identify possible options to integrate the two applications.

It would be helpful if there is a real customer reference. China is key mrket so we'd prefer some proofpoints.
