What are the conditions that needs to be met to filter a transferred SCTASK?

Hi team! 

I'm trying to filter the SCTASK that we transferred to different teams. I keep on trying all the filters available in SNOW, but there's always no result found; if there's any, it only shows my name. Any ideas on how I can filter it? Thank you in advance!
