What is the Customer notification Module in ServiceNow?

I am trying to use the Customer notification module in ServiceNow CSM, but I would like to get the right names and documents?

Are you referring to Targeted Communications?

Targeted Comms allows you create and send articles/emails to both internal and external customers on a one off/scheduled basis with your own configuration recipient lists
