What will be the certifications maintainace fee ?

Hi,

I have CSA, CAD and few CIS certifications. How much do we have to pay every release for maintaining the mainline certifications and to write the delta exams.

I heard that it will be $200. But I have a question. Do we have to pay $200 for each certification or do we have to pay $200 altogether for maintaining all my certifications.
