Hello!
After four consecutive failures on a micro-certification, ServiceNow imposes additional restrictions before allowing a retake. According to official Now Learning guidance, if a candidate fails the micro-certification quiz four times, they will be required to retake the training associated with that certification (re-study or re-complete the linked prep course/video) and then open a support case in Now Learning requesting another chance to take the exam. In other words, from the fifth attempt onwards, it is not possible to simply retake the online quiz on your own. You will need to demonstrate additional preparation (by reviewing all required content again) and request authorization from the certification team via a support ticket, so that they can allow an extra attempt. Only after this process can the candidate take the exam again.

@MohammedZaid Once all the 4 attempts are exhausted then you need to retake the course again and appear for the exam.
