Work items not being created?

I have created all the queues and assignment rules for my AWA it worked on the dev instance and test instance but when moved to the production instance everything is correctly setup same us the test and dev instance but work items are not being created. Can someone please help me figure what the problem is?

Hi Misgana,

Were you able to resolve this? I have configured Service Channels, Queues and assignment rules but work items are not generated.

Hello,

Please try to check the following 

1) If Assignment rules and assignment eligibility are tagged to queues ?Because you would have to move them manually through XML 

2) See if the routing condition in queue and capacity and utilization condition in channel are matching with the record creation condition
