When using decision tree, how to map answers to specific fields?

I am trying to store information (answers) we get when using a decision tree to specific fields, to be used for future work. Is this possible?

I know there are Decision Tree Execution records, but pulling information from there is a bit complicated so I am trying to find a bit more "out of the box" approach.

Thank you for the link, but it actually explains how to work with the decision table, not the decision tree
