Why the configuration item field data is not getting shown in CSM portal in my lists widget

I have added the cmdb_ci field in the customer self service view of the case table via list layout to show the field in the my lists section although the field is getting visible in CSM Portal in My Lists but the data is not getting populated for the customers but its getting populated for an admin. I have created the ACL for cmdb_ci field to be visible for the customers but i am not understanding why the field is not getting populated for the customers.

 

I have attached the screenshots for the customer view  and also the admin view and also the ACL that I wrote.
