For an incident, without filling the Resolution Code & Resolution Notes, the state is changed to resolved in Configurable Workspace.

Are you trying to resolve Incident using "Resolve" button or by changing state to 'resolved' and saving?

If using 'Resolve' Button (UI Action). Check that below configuration is there for your UI Action:

Hi @AnubhavRitolia ,

 

Once we resolve a case, the resolution codes and notes gets mandatory and we need to fill it. But in CWS,

we're calling an UI Page to show the mandatory fields, but without filling it, it's moving the case to Resolved.

@sreeshsurendran 

 

If you are doing using custom UI page, you have to made right changes in UI page only.
