I had the same issue. Here is a solution that worked for me:

Steps:

1 - Go to interactions table.

2 - Open any existing interaction.

3 - Configure -> Form Layout.

4 - Select "Service Operations Workspace" as view.

5 - Bring Work notes to selected above Activities and save.
