Hi,
I was just checking for the feasibility for workflows on Incidents and found this post.
It seems it is possible to have workflows on incidents. I just need to know is there any proper way to do it..I am kind of new bee to Servicenow. anyone share the experience and how can I achieve this. For instance, a simple approval workflow on the Incident..

I should perhaps have started by responding:
Yes, indeed it's possible to have workflows for incidents. You just need to define a workflow based on the incident table and a condition that defines when the workflow should be triggered.
Incidents have many OOB functionalities, resources... so make sure that there's not currently a given functionality before you start investing in the development of a workflow for it. Further information on Incident functionality can be found here:
