workflow notification

I need to create one workflow for sending notification . In notification I need to add "to" and "cc" in the notification.

In my requirement i have 

1. MGR CSA

2. AD Net Ops

3. AD TAC

4. AD CSA

5. SD Ops

6. VP OpsFor example when engineer  select AD TAC Group . We need to put AD TAC in "to address " and MGR CSA and AD Net ops in "cc". suppose when engineer select AD CSA , we need to put AD CSA in "to address "  and MGR CSA ,AD Net ops,  AD TAC  in "cc". suppose when engineer select AD CSA ,

Hi @Anusha Medharam I would suggest to use flow designer since you dont need any script to write , use send Email Action to trigger notification. Refer below doc for the steps
