Hello @Roopa Banala ,
The duration of a Xanadu upgrade in the PRD instance depends on various factors, such as instance size, data volume, and customizations. However, officially, it is estimated to take around 3 to 5 hours.
That said, in most cases, it doesn't take that long. When you schedule the upgrade, ServiceNow will show you an estimated duration based on your instance, which gives a more accurate time frame.
Additionally, you will receive an email notification once the upgrade is complete.
Hope this helps! 😊
Please Mark ✅Correct if this solves your query and also mark 👍Helpful if you find my response worthy based on the impact.
Regards,
Aniket
