I don't think there would be any document comparing pre and post Zurich releases.

However you can browser with the latest release notes for the CSM Module and/or Now Create

Thanks for sharing the docs. It's helpful. Can we get any documents showing CSM features in Zurich in different license options(Standard, enterprise, pro etc.)?

Hi @Rudranarayan P2 , I am from the documentation team. Since the release notes for CSM got very long for each release, we used customer feedback to break the RNs up into smaller feature groups. The result is that the combined RN doesn't work at the product level. Instead, you need to select these groupings from the Combined product release notes for upgrade page:

• Agent experience for CSM
• Case management for CSM
• Customer contracts and entitlements
• Data management for CSM
• Intelligence for CSM
• Now Assist for CSM
• Self-service and omnichannel
• Workforce optimization for CSM

You'll then get a list of combined RNs for each feature grouping for Xanadu through Zurich.

I realize this may not be ideal. But we're looking into better ways to deliver release notes content. And for now, our content doesn't map to licenses.
