Hey Folks,
those of you who are working with CWM live, who do you typically give admin/owner access to?
I'm curious e.g. if creation of new Spaces is done by devs/admins in your org, or is this on the Agile Teams or even business side?
Do you allow CWM users to create Automations and Custom Fields?
Thanks for any comments, I am interested in hearing what worked well and what did not 🙂
Cheers,
Tom

Hi @Tom Sienkiewicz - Great question.
Space ownership-
Although CWM is much flexible and it depends on the team's decision on "Who should be the Space Owners/Space Creaters"
But here's my take on this -
Assigning Space Owner access strictly to individuals who are responsible for the structural design, process guardrails, and compliance of the workspace. Because Owners can permanently delete data and alter user permissions, restricting this role prevents accidental disruption in your CWM Space. Day-to-day team members can remain with Editors/Read-only reviewers so they can focus on executing tasks without administrative risk.
Some examples of Space owners are Infrastructure Team Manager, Marketing Head, Scrum Leaders but we don't really check the user title to decide on the Space ownership as they may also delegate this ownership access to designated team administrators or operational leads to handle daily workspace management.
Custom columns and automation -
Yes any Editor+ access level user can create these artifacts within CWM without any Owner or SN Admin support.
