I have a couple of questions regarding the CWM in ServiceNow:
Full-screen task view: Is there a way to open a CWM task in full-screen mode rather than viewing it in the side panel? Full details icon only shows for Connected work records but not for CWM Task records.
Enhanced search functionality: The current search functionality in the CWM seems quite limited. Is there a way to enhance it so that we can search for keywords across the entire board, including task descriptions and other relevant fields? I understand that filters are available on individual columns but I’m interested in knowing whether a more comprehensive search option is available or if there is a roadmap to improve this functionality.
Any insights or suggestions would be appreciated.
