I am learning ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) and Enterprise Agile Planning, and I would like to understand how to create and demonstrate a complete SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) workflow in a Personal Developer Instance (PDI).

I would appreciate guidance on:

1. Which plugins need to be installed in the PDI to support SAFe and Enterprise Agile Planning?
2. Is there any demo data available, or do I need to create all records manually?
3. What is the recommended sequence for creating:
   • Portfolio Items
   • Epics
   • Features
   • User Stories
   • Tasks
4. How can I demonstrate prioritization, backlog management, and sprint planning using sample data?
5. Are there any best practices for creating a realistic end-to-end SAFe demo project in a PDI?
6. Can anyone share a sample use case that shows how a business objective flows from Portfolio → Epic → Feature → Story → Task?

My goal is to build a complete demo environment for learning and training purposes and understand how the SAFe hierarchy is implemented within ServiceNow SPM.

Any step-by-step guidance, sample data examples, or documentation references would be greatly appreciated.

To help you understand the demo, I would suggest following the now create aksa best-practice site. There, you can find safe example documents, PPTs, and other resources that you can use during the demo.

For the demo, you will need to work with multiple plugins. I believe we can now get all the required plugins as PDFs, so you should follow the documentation and best-practice guidelines for each plugin.

This will help you prepare the demo properly and ensure everything is aligned with the recommended approach.
