How to import TASK into CWM Board

Hi Everyone,

 

I'm using Transform map to import the records in CWM Board. While it is working fine, But I'm not able to import the "caller" field from the source file to "column_009" (Requester, Reference column to sys_user).

I also used Transform map source script, But It is not working. Can anyone help me in this.

 

General Question- How to import record values to Custom columns which has type- Reference.

Can you please share the error you are seeing?
Ideally if you just copy sys_id of the user to the column it should work. 
Please let us know, if we can't resolve over conversation here - we can help over the support case.

not seeing any error, but the User is not getting updated in Requeser column.

Also can I directly insert the requester value from Name?  using below Transform Scipt?
