In ServiceNow version australia  patch 5aw44 Collaborative Work Management (CWM) Version 11.0.1

, typing a @ symbol followed by a / symbol in a short description field triggers a UI conflict that forces the field to go blank.

Is this a known issue, if so, does it have a Problem record and some estimate of a fix?

Hi @Dean Kirstein ,

Couldn't find any documentation/known issues for this. We can do a couple of things:

1.Open a Now Support ticket.
2.Upgrade the instance to the next available patch (Australia) in sub-prod to test if it fixes the issue and(FYI latest CWM is also available is 11.0.1)
